Каюсь, в первом обращении я не указал Payment ID, указал его во втором письме, с полной пересылкой переписки, чтобы они не запутались. НО.. они похоже запутались, сейчас у меня в почте от них... ощущение, что одновременно с тремя людьми общаюсь и информация у всех разная.

Проблема в том, что вы игнорировали меня сутки и наверное навсегда бы я потеряла бы свои деньги, если бы не данный ресурс. Я обычный чайник, а вы даже не попытались помочь. Плюс разобраться сходу с английского и без подготовки терминологии очень сложно.
