Ethereum network is basically clogged up due to an app filling the entire capacity and driving the fees through the roof for everyone else:

We are watching the situation closely and the ETH transaction should eventually confirm and appear on the ETH network as soon as possible.

Five days ago I have bought for $100 Ripple via the Changer.com exchanger, money is charged off my account U 8916 6040 8852 and still Changer.com into my account at the exchange - rPVMhWBsfF9iMXYj3aAzJVkPDTFNSyWdKy has arrived nothing.
Ripple respond it to my requests my problems and I have incorrectly specified an account number, but it is a lie, my account the bittrex.com exchange confirms and don't see receipts.
