We do NOT recommend using this service. The exchange provider did NOT fulfill its obligations.

We paid for an exchange from USDT to a Mir card. This exact exchange direction was selected and paid for on BestChange and on the exchanger’s website.

Instead, the service transferred the money to an unknown account via SBP, refuses to issue a refund, and refuses to complete the exchange in the direction that was actually paid for. They claim that on the fifth page of their Terms and Conditions there is a clause saying that, if it’s more convenient for them, they can unilaterally send the transfer via SBP to a different destination without any approval.

The exchange provider did NOT fulfill its obligations. I do not recommend working with this service — choose one of the many reliable alternatives. This is the first such unclear and unacceptable experience I’ve had with an exchange service in 10 years.

Your reply does not address the actual issue.
I paid specifically for the USDT Mir card exchange.
These were the details selected on BestChange and on your website.

Instead, you unilaterally sent the money to a completely different recipient via SBP — a person I do not know, and a direction that I did not select or approve. This is not the service that was paid for.

Hiding behind a clause buried on page 11.11 of a 20-page Terms document does not change the fact that:

You failed to fulfill your contractual obligation.

The obligation was to send funds to the Mir card specified in the application — not “wherever is convenient” for you.

If your business model relies on customers reading dozens of pages of rules in order to avoid having their money sent to random accounts in a direction they did NOT request, then potential clients should be aware of this risk and decide whether this is acceptable for them.

I expect either:
1. A correct execution of the exchange as paid for, or
2. A full refund.

Anything else is a breach of service.

Ikatalo, You have provided a phone number yourself that is not linked to the SBP. You could have initially written to the online chat and clarified the terms of the exchange. But instead, you ignored all the rules and sent incorrect payment information. Therefore, according to clause 11.11. The AvanChange Service reserves the right to make a payment using the SBP method or by card number, depending on the most appropriate route at the gateway, if both details were specified when creating the application.

Your argument still does not address the actual violation.

Whether the phone number was or wasn’t linked to SBP is irrelevant.
The issue is simple:
I paid for a USDT Mir card payout.
You sent the money via SBP to a completely different person — a payout method and recipient I did NOT select or authorize.

That is not “a suitable route.”
That is a substitution of the paid service with something entirely different.

The fact that your justification comes from a clause buried deep in your rules only reinforces the point:
no customer expects that after paying for a Mir card transfer, the service will unilaterally redirect their money to someone else simply because it’s “more convenient.”

You did not deliver the service.
You changed the payout method and the recipient without consent.
This is exactly what “not fulfilling obligations” means.

I expect you to either:
1. complete the exchange as paid for, or
2. issue a full refund.

BestChange, please review the situation carefully:

1) I paid for USDT Mir card.

This was the only direction selected and paid for in the application.

2) The exchanger did NOT send funds to the Mir card.

They instead transferred money to a random SBP recipient I do not know, using a payout method that I did not choose, request, or authorize.

3) The exchanger is trying to justify this by referring to a clause hidden deep in their Terms saying they may “change the payout method if convenient.”

This does NOT give them the right to send money to an entirely different person using an entirely different method.

4) The service did NOT provide the paid-for exchange.

A payout to an unknown SBP account is not the same as a payout to the Mir card specified in the order.
This is a direct failure to fulfill the most essential obligation of the exchange:
to deliver funds to the exact details provided by the client.

5) The exchanger is shifting blame instead of correcting the mistake.

Their replies repeatedly avoid the main fact:
the service that was purchased was not delivered.

BestChange, I ask you to intervene and review this case objectively.

All screenshots, the order details, and payment confirmations clearly show:
• I selected USDT Mir card
• I paid for USDT Mir card
• The exchanger sent money elsewhere, without my permission
• The service now refuses both a refund and correct execution

This situation directly violates the trust and standards of BestChange.

I request:
1. The exchanger to complete the exchange as paid for,
OR
2. A full refund.

Anything less means the service is allowed to take a client’s money and send it “wherever is convenient” for them — which is unacceptable for the BestChange ecosystem.
